Redex has hands-on engineers to design the tooling based on the speification you provided. The software we are using is AutoCad and Pro/E.
The flow is as below for the tooling design.
1) DFM for the customers' design drawing.
2)Tooling design after the approval of DFM
3)CNC Machining & drilling
4)Tooling Assembly
5)Mold trial Run
6)FA approval by customers
